I have curly hair and not everyone knows how to cut it right

I first went to John years ago after loving a coworkers hair. Let’s just say, it’s well worth the $ and the drive…45 mins approx. for me. I have curly hair and not everyone knows how to cut it right without a Christmas tree effect. I always get color or high lights and always love it!!! I get lots of compliments after getting my hair done by John. Will not go anywhere else!!!
