I have been a client of Carrie’s for 19 years. She knows hair color & makeup superbly, her knowledge is exemplary. She listens to what I want, offers suggestions as to what will work for my hair type, & really cares about the final outcome. Her accommodating me with scheduling conflicts is beyond customer service. Her professionalism, friendliness, abilities to make the customer feel special & deliver a totally beautiful image of my personal choices plus her advice is outstanding. I can count on her, she is dependable & truly knows her hair colors & cuts. She can cut any style exactly like the photo I show her as long as it works for me. We discuss products, health & meds that may affect my hair conditions, etc. She is Outstanding!
